  • 1.3. Technical Data: IP addresses, API request logs, error logs, and device/browser information for debugging and security.

3.1. Monitori Middleware (https://mw.monitori.app)

  • Purpose: Acts as an intermediary to authenticate and send notifications to external services securely.
  • Data Shared: OAuth tokens and refresh tokens (to maintain authentication with Slack and Discord). Notification content and metadata (only when a user-configured notification is triggered).
  • When Data is Sent: When users authenticate with Slack or Discord. When a notification is triggered and must be sent to a third-party service.

3.2. Slack API (https://slack.com/api)

  • Purpose: Allows users to send notifications to Slack channels.
  • Data Shared: Slack OAuth token (provided by the user). Message content and metadata (such as channel ID).
  • When Data is Sent: During authentication with Slack. When a notification is triggered and must be delivered.

3.3. Discord API (https://discord.com/api)

  • Purpose: Allows users to send notifications to Discord servers.
  • Data Shared: Discord OAuth token (provided by the user). Message content and metadata (such as server ID).
